• Special Finical Aid Form (PAFZ-3060)

• Discharge Book (Photo Copy)

• Pension Book (Photo Copy)

• Groom CNIC (Photo Copy)

• Bride CNIC (Photo Copy)

• Nikha Nama (Photo Copy)

• Rukhsati Certificate (Photo Copy)

• Marriage Registration Certificate with NADRA

• All Documents will be verified from HWO of the Area and will be attested Deputy Director DASB Concerned and then forwarded to concerned Regimental Centre.
